The number two, Cadenza (Carthino Z x Wanderbursch II) is co-owned by Alan Waldman. The chestnut, who is bought from Herman van Triest one month ago, scored a 8,2 and 8,5 in the final with rider Doron Kuipers. Judge Marc Van Dijck described Cadenza as a 'competitive horse'. "He moves and jumps lightly and shows a good hind leg tecnique", he says.
Cupido (Unaniem x Rash R), bought as a colt from breeder Hans de Roover, finished third with Mischa Everse. "A lovely horse with a lot of balance despite his size", tells Mischa. The big framed horse, who jumped very easily, is familiar to the 2010 Dutch champion of 4-year-old show jumpers: Boemerrang.
Also qualified for the final was Torino (Toronto x Erato xx), also partly owned by Waldman. The big brown stallion looked very scopey under Mischa Everse. "He is only 8 weeks under the saddle, we bought him very recently", she tells.
