It was already the third victory for Doron Kuipers at this show in Wierden. Just before he went into the ring, he received a tip from coach Sven Harmsen. "He said I had to ride the first line in five strides in stead of six! Laos was absolutely great. I have been riding him for only a few weeks, but he is a super horse. Very cooperative, he doesn't want to make faults. You can go full speed in the jump off with him."
On the first day of Wierden, Doron won a class with the 12-year-old gelding Quebon (by Quebec). On Friday he won with Laos.
