Big Star, the stallion who has been owned by Everse Stables, has contributed to the team gold for Great Britain during the Olympics. He jumped two clear rounds in the Nations Cup and was also clear in the jump off against The Netherlands.

Big Star with Nick Skelton was the big favorite for an individual medal. In the finals they jumped the first round clear again, but in the final lap they made a costly error, allowing them finishing fifth.

The KWPN is so impressed by the performance of Big Star that the studbook approved him for breeding.
