Many highlights
There were again many highlights in the last week of the Sunshine Tour. The horses and riders have once again gained a lot of good experiences.", says Mario Everse. "Some horses had little experience and developed wonderfully, other horses had successful debuts at higher levels. These horses competed against hundreds of combinations and if they place highly or even win a class, then we're of course very proud of our riders. for example Roosje Brouwer. The daughters Senna and Mila also have ridden amazing rounds with new horses with whom they have become a combination and from which we will expect and enjoy a lot."
"Actually, we should put our entire team in the spotlight. After all, it is impossible to deliver a good performance without a team. Our entire team always works hard to achieve success and it is therefore great when all the puzzle pieces fit together.", says Mario proudly. "There was also a lot of demand for our horses. We were even told that we are a family that has many remarkably good and fine horses. A great compliment to receive, of course."
Many clear rounds and prizes
Diavolo Z (Diarado x Cicero Z van Paemel) jumped all three rounds clear in the last week of the Sunshine Tour. Our Lannebel (Comme il Faut x Argentinus) turned out to be a real crack. She showed caution and commitment and took a great second place in the final for 7-year-olds. "She didn't get a single fault during the entire Sunshine Tour. What quality and scope she showed," says Mario. Lotus (George Z x Caretano Z) also jumped clear both days in the class for 7-year-olds.
Kerswin van het Roosakker (Echo van het Spieveld x Diamant de Semily) convincingly jumped to a sixth and tenth place in the 1.45m class under Roosje Brouwer. I-Star (Big Star x Carthago) also showed a lot of progression and won a third prize in the 1.40m class and a sixth prize in the 1.45m class.
In the class for 8-year-olds, Kazelli (Arezzo VDL x Indoctro) kept her form with the final result being a placement in the final for 8-year-olds (1.45m). What a promise she is for the future! Farno d'Or (Heartbreaker x Pacific) also showed a lot of quality and qualified with a clear round in the 1.35m class.
Victory for New-Livia van 't Roth
For New-Livia van 't Roth (Nonstop x Calypso III) there was another wonderful performance. She jumped clear all three days and even won the 1.35m! Icen (Iceman de Muze x Eaton du Residal) was also clear and achieved a nice sixth place in the 1.50m class.
With a clear round for Jacky Lanta (Warrant x Chello III VDL) during her debut at 1.50m level and a clear round in the 1.40m with a classification, we can only be very satisfied with her development. Mila and Dudock Z (Darco x Portofino) rode a fantastic clear round and achieved a beautiful fifth place during their debut at 1.30m level.
