The stallion Big Star (Quick Star x Nimmerdor), previously owned by Everse Stables is back on track. He was third in the 1.60m Global Champions Tour in Estoril last Saturday. After two clear rounds Nick Skelton was one of the five candidates in the jump off.
Big Star set the winning time, but dropped a pole and finished third, good for 45,000 euros prize money. Scott Brash won the class and 100,000 euros with his top horse Hello Sanctos van het Gravenhof (Quasimodo of Molendreef). Runner-up was Rodrigo Pessoa with Status (Satisfaction).
