The second edition of the Jumping Talent Sale, on the eve of Jumping Amsterdam on Wednesday, January 27th, brought an average income of 84,000 euros and a total of over 1,7 million euros for the 21 young horses. Again a nice success can be mentioned. The absolute highlight was Fantasy BB (Cardento x Indorado), the six year old mare was purchased by Christien McGrey (America) for 380,000 euros. Cassedy H (Cassini Boy Junior x Argentinus) was auctioned for 160,000 euros and goes to Maria Nova Made from Russia.
A total of six horses were sold over a ton in the jumper auction of Jeroen Dubbeldam, Wim Schröder, Ben Schröder and Mario Everse. “It was a good auction, the horses have ended up in nice places and have provided great amounts,” said a satisfied Wim Schröder.
First charity auction item, the bronze sculpture, by Erna Visser, was sold for 4,250 euros. The proceeds are for para-equestrian organizations Parapaard, SPG ‘t Hoefijzer and Stichting manege het Roessingh.
