Jumping Maassluis: Grand Prix for Doron Kuipers and Black Berry

Author: Wendy Scholten
Black Berry (sire Larino) has been a great addition. The seven year old mare arrived at Everse Stables last Thursday and on Sunday he won the Grand Prix of Jumping Maassluis with Doron Kuipers. It was a successful weekend for Everse Stables.

On Saturday Doron Kuipers won the 1.40m class with Zinius (sire Nabab de Reve). In the 1.30m class he won with Calingka (sire Cardento), while he took the fourth prize with Captain (sire Unaniem). "Currently Doron rides also Mischa her horses. Mischa has suffered a back injury last Thursday. She broke a vertebra and is now in a corset. She will be fine, it only takes some time. That's the reason Doron is a little busier with her horses," says Mario Everse.

Bart van Ooijen rode the 5 year old Damos at 1.10m level and won a 3rd and 5th prize. Everse Stables competed also with young horses, who jumped a class higher for the first time. For example the 4 year old Caremel Creme (by Toulon), who stayed clear at 1.10m level with Bart.
