Update week 1 Sunshine Tour: flying start with many successes

The showjumping horses that participated in the Sunshine Tour in Vejer de la Frontera (Spain) are doing great. Although the horses and riders have only been there for a week, many clear rounds have already been completed and prizes were won.

Successful debuts in the 1.45m
The 10-year-old Icen (Iceman de Muze x Eaton du Rezidal) again showed great results. Under Roosje Brouwer she jumped her first 1.45m course clear. Also Farno D'or (Heartbreaker x Pacific) was in top form with Senna and achieved a nice eighth prize in the 1.35m class and during their debut in the 1.45m Grand Prix they had a beautiful round with only two time faults, just like Kazelli VDL (Arezzo VDL x Indoctro) who also made her debut in this class.

Flying start in the 1.40m
In the 1.40m class, Kerswin van het Roosakker (Echo van het Spieveld x Diamant de Semilly) made a flying start and finished second. I-Star (Big Star x Carthago) also showed his form in this class and finished fifth.

Successes in the young horse classes and the 1.35m
Mila and Lannebel (Comme il Faut x Argentinus) jumped clear all three days in the classes for seven-year-olds and showed her enormous quality and fighting mentality, just like Senna with Maribelle (Heathrow x Vleut) in the classes for six-year-olds.

New-Livia van 't Roth (Nonstop x Calypso III) took ninth prize in the 1.35m class.

On to week 2
While the horses and riders are preparing for week 2 of the Sunshine Tour, the various rounds of the horses can also be looked back. Several new videos have been added to the website and can be found here.
